KINGDOM KINGS
Love like the King, live for the King
“For the kings of the earth belong to God.” Psalm 47:9
"Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear and celebrate his rule with trembling.” Psalm 2:10-11
Jesus is the King whose rule defies time, space, and all the wealth the world has ever known, yet He loved like no one has. Building and strengthening Christian men to love continually and live like Jesus is crucial because they lead the pack. If they stand, the family stands, and when the family flourishes, the Church of Christ grows stronger. There is no legacy greater than one built on Christ, and a lot rests on the shoulders of fathers and leaders.
Men, particularly Christian men, are more than the world makes them out to be. A man who walks with Christ is a giant of the faith, a warrior for the Kingdom of God, and a priest for his family. The world is quick to condemn people when they fall, but less enthusiastic about celebrating those striving to live above reproach. Being a Kingdom king is about the mindset of a man who surrenders to Jesus, lives with integrity, leads through service, and fights for the honor of his family and the tenets of the Christian faith. They live in righteousness, empowered by the grace they receive from walking with God, and stand on the truth of God’s Word as the sole foundation of their lives.
Kingdom Kings Banquet
Honor, encourage, celebrate…
Kingdom Kings Banquet celebrates “The King of Kings and His reflection on His sons.” It is an experience intended to leave a positive mark on each participant's heart, appreciating and encouraging them to keep fighting the good fight of faith. Men walking with Jesus love and live for Him. They walk in honor of the Kingdom, seeking to grow, heal, and restore the broken places in their lives and the world around them.
The Kingdom Kings Banquet is a women-organized event. The day honors and celebrates Christian men, reminding them who they are as leaders, and banner bearers of the faith.
Don’t major in minor
At school, we take many classes or courses. Some courses are for general education, some are electives, some are required core courses, and some are just for us to satisfy the credit hour requirement.
Cultivating spiritual growth
As followers of Christ, we all desire to grow spiritually. God desires us to grow spiritually and in every area of our lives. However, we need to understand what spiritual growth is and what it is not so that we are not deceived and can pursue it correctly. First, what spiritual growth is not. Spiritual growth is not determined by the title or position we hold in the church.
